• For ODI matches completed to at least 20 overs, and T20 matches to at least 5 overs, results are determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method and bets are settled accordingly.
• If a match is called off before the required number of overs are completed, it is declared void and all bets are cancelled with your full stake refunded.

For football:

• If a match is abandoned before 90 minutes: should the match not be completed within the scheduled time, all bets are cancelled and stakes are returned.
• Markets that have already been settled (e.g. first goalscorer) remain unchanged.

In-Play Bet: Any in-play bets running at the moment a match is suspended are generally cancelled and your stake is returned.

Refund timeline: The refund is usually credited to your account balance within 24 hours of the match cancellation being announced.
